My wealth of experience and personalized approach will provide the traction necessary for athletes to hit the ground running. I personally work with each client to help them achieve their individual goal, whether it is to start running for the first time or qualify for The Boston Marathon. I push but I also motivate. Early on, I identify what each client is capable of with my goal being to help them reach, then exceed, that potential. We are not all created equally, therefore each runner needs a personalized, individual plan that is custom-tailored to their needs.

A Passion for Excellence
I am a RRCA Certified Coach & Boston Qualifier with a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Over the past 17 years, I have run every distance from the mile to the full marathon. I specialize in creating a personal, customizable training plan for each and every one of my clients, from the true beginner who does run/walk to the advanced runner who wants to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

A customized training plan based on initial consultation session. Feedback, plan modifications, race-day strategy included with price and vary depending on the athlete's needs.
